In the actual Karstadt magazine Perfetto I photographed at Karstadt Frankfurt’s restaurant Al Banchetto da Lauda their well known Octopussy salad. It was my first excursion on food photography – outside the studio, on location in a fully booked restaurant where we had only a very very little space to photograph. After having done the octopussy image, I portray the owners in front of their bar.
